About Me

I am the President of Peak Performance Sales Solutions, a company that provides best-in-class sales planning, strategy and execution for small and medium-sized businesses to accelerate revenue growth. I'm a successful sales and marketing executive with over 30 years of experience building high-performing sales organizations and delivering operational excellence across public, family-owned, and private equity companies generating $300M to over $1B in sales. I am also a strong believer in the servant leader approach to sales management which ensures alignment with both customer and company needs. By partnering with business owners to understand their unique needs, I use the proven Sales Xceleration platform to leverage my expertise to establish sound sales fundamentals such as CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, training and development of the sales organization. This combination results in predictable, sustainable and profitable revenue growth for the clients I serve. In my free time, I enjoy road and mountain biking, hiking, and boating. My wife Ann and I are involved in several community service projects, Rotary Club, and church organizations in the Lake Norman area.
