About Me

I am dedicated to helping sales teams, salespeople and sales leaders be more successful for their companies. I have over 30 years of sales experience where I was involved in all aspects of corporate decision-making including business strategy, planning and M&A activity. I have managed sales teams as large as 300 and revenues ranging from $5M – $800M. My greatest success has been in building and providing leadership to sales teams so they can exceed revenue, market share and customer satisfaction targets. I genuinely believe in leading by example, personal accountability, aligning goals, setting clear expectations, teamwork, and getting results.
