About Me

I am an award-winning sales management expert dedicated to delivering superior focus and top results to businesses in need of sales leadership. I bring 26 years of sales leadership experience in sales management and sales growth consulting to serve businesses in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. As a sales leader, I've developed and led sales organizations with up to as many as 35 sales professionals while overseeing sales revenue up to $35 million. As an entrepreneur and consultant, I have invested resources while creating and implementing sales growth strategies in the healthcare, technology, retail, manufacturing, construction, human resource services, recruiting and placement, water treatment, full-service well contracting, elevator equipment, and damage restoration industries. I help clients implement comprehensive sales strategies and grow sales revenue while improving profitability. I take pride in helping owners of small and mid-sized businesses develop strong sales performance cultures. As an outsourced Indianapolis-area fractional sales leader and licensed Sales Xceleration Advisor, I leverage the power of Sales Xceleration’s proven sales growth and sales management systems to help small and mid-sized businesses increase sales and boost profits for sustainable sales performance. I'm a former NCC All-Conference college football player and live in Indianapolis, IN with my wife, Angie and our daughter, Violet. For leisure, I enjoy mentoring, attending concerts, scuba diving, traveling to visit relatives and friends, and attending sporting events.
