I am an accomplished sales leadership executive with proven results in helping businesses optimize revenue. My 30+ years of experience includes expertise in leading both direct and indirect go-to-market channels, and I have extensive market knowledge with specialization in small and mid-sized companies. I'm best known for optimizing sales results and my ability to set up and grow new revenue streams. My success stems from my insight into customer needs, sales acumen, innovative thinking, resiliency, and resourcefulness. I strongly believe sales leaders should be “servant leaders” so they can model how to reach, listen to, and respond to the needs of the sales team, while showing them how to effectively interact with clients. By focusing on people, process, and performance I help sellers unlock their potential through professional growth, development as a team, and by capitalizing on prior successes. As an Outsourced VP of Sales in the Los Angeles area, I leverage the power of Sales Xceleration’s proven sales growth and sales management systems to help small and mid-sized businesses to increase and boost profits for sustainable sales performance. My wife and I have two daughters and currently reside in Los Angeles County in the South Bay. I enjoy supporting my daughters in their sports, skiing and snowboarding, and playing tennis. I love travel and all things related to Italian cuisine and wine.
