I have held senior leadership positions at Procter and Gamble, Clorox, Monsanto, and G&K Services/Cintas. As a small business owner, I built a $2 Million USDA frozen foods company into a $30 Million private label supplier for Wal-Mart, Safeway, and Schwan's. I have a proven track record of leading “Best in Class” B2C and B2B sales teams to success through the selection of the right organizational design, behavior-changing recognition/reward programs and business enablement IT platforms. My servant-based leadership style focuses on training, coaching and leading individuals and teams in a quest to exceed established goals.

Things I Like To Do In My Community

  1. Mentoring young adults (soon to be college graduates) in the development of their resume, cover letter and interviewing skills. Why? I get pure enjoyment helping young adults to realize their dreams by supporting their efforts in securing their first job upon graduating from college.
  2. Supporting Special Olympics Events. Why? I love sports and helping young athletes prepare and compete. The joy of watching these athletes pursue their passion and the sense of pride realized through competition is one of the most emotionally motivating experiences of my life.
  3. Coaching youth sports (Football, Baseball, and Soccer) Why? Working with the youth of America allows me to give back to society by helping to develop the future leaders of our country. Through a balanced focus on both academics and athletics we can help young people to develop the life skills, values and personal character necessary to be highly contributing members of society.
