Seacoast Dx specializes in helping businesses grow their top-line revenue using a focused commercialization strategy.  By combining my 25 years of experience in sales and marketing with the proven Sales Xceleration framework I am able to ignite and accelerate growth for my clients. I have worked in a range of positions including sales, marketing, national accounts, organizational development, training, operations, and executive leadership roles. I have worked at both large corporations and small start-up companies such as Eastman Kodak, E.I. DuPont, Siemens AG, Exalenz Bioscience and MedTestDX; and most recently, I served as the President of Spectra 254. Growing revenue combines two critical components. One, build a system that allows your business to have analytics that drive successful decision making. Two, develop a more efficient sales process.
