About Me

Coming from an invaluable small business upbringing and then venturing out to master sales and sales leadership in larger corporate settings, I always envisioned returning to my small business roots to share lessons learned on this incredible journey. In 2013 I made the shift and founded Strategy Tuning, powered by Sales Xceleration. My practice is solely focused on helping local small/mid businesses formulate and operationalize winning sales strategies along with establishing necessary sales infrastructure to ensure a platform for scalability. To escape busy life, I enjoy shooting traditional archery, hiking and spending time at our primitive cabin in Northern Wisconsin.
