About Me

I am an award-winning sales executive with proven success serving a diverse cross-section of national and global industries. My results-oriented focus has helped companies both large and small achieve their profit and growth goals. My 35+ years of experience includes working with industry leaders like Coca-Cola USA, Microsoft, Robbins Research (Tony Robbins), and many more. I have excelled in executive-level positions in entertainment and media, food and beverage, software and technology, and other dynamic industries in both the B2B and B2C spaces. My rich background empowers me to bring big company caliber solutions to smaller businesses. In addition to helping organizations develop and deploy key sales and marketing strategies, I've managed and directed sales processes for large, distributed sales teams with dozens of sales professionals I'm a Portland native, and attended Grant High School and then Lewis and Clark College where I studied marketing, Spanish and was an all-league pitcher. My wife Shari and I have three children and love being involved in the community, whether it be coaching, mentoring or contributing to impact the lives of the young.

Outside of Leading Sales Teams, I Like To

  1. My wife and I are very involved in leading and supporting area youth. Together, we've teamed up to coach and support boys and girls over the past 15+ years - using sport as a way to teach, contribute and engage. I have enjoyed being involved in numerous community boards, and we are big supporters of cancer research.
