About Me

I am the Founder and Principal of Meridian Performance Solutions, LLC, an outsourced executive sales leadership firm that helps clients develop and implement the right sales infrastructure and processes to rapidly increase top-line revenue. Before devoting my work full time to Meridian, I served as a sales executive and board member for several privately-held medical device companies and led worldwide sales teams ranging in size from 25 to over 400. I have more than 27 years of sales leadership expertise with organizations in various phases of their business lifecycle, (from start-up, to high-growth, to turnaround) generating revenues of $4M to over $250M. I am a US Air Force veteran and graduated with honors from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Communications.
