About Me

I have an expertise in developing ethical, high energy and motivated customer facing teams. My experience ranges from small family businesses to large Fortune 20 companies (GE & Dow Chemical). I like to work on cultural transformations to produce high performing teams that are collaborative and take ownership. I like to inspire and coach. I love to win while being honest, humble and transparent.

  1. Coach Youth Sports - better to build boys than repair men!
  2. Volunteer at shelters during holidays. Continuous need from the community to serve food and provide friendship during the holiday season.
  3. Provide overdose awareness and support for parents who have lost children to drug overdoses. We lost our 25 year old daughter to a heroin overdose a few years ago.
