I help Business Owners/CEOs grow revenue by building high-performance Sales teams and implementing effective Sales infrastructure.

  • Develop a strong Sales strategy, aligned with your Business, Marketing and Customer Support strategies.
  • Assess your current sales team and work with them to increase readiness and effectiveness.
  • Build and implement the processes and tools to grow and track your sales - Planning, Hiring, Training, Compensation, Metrics, Methods, CRM and Reporting.

    HOW I DO IT:
  • Perform initial discovery and assessment of your business and sales performance.
  • Provide a recommended path forward, including customized solutions as appropriate. Typically, comprises a blend of on-site and virtual Sales Leadership services, a full or partial day each week, for an agreed upon time period.
  • Execute my deliverables under a written Scope of Work (SOW) that clearly describes how I implement the strategy, infrastructure and accountability required to build a high performance sales team.
