I have more than two decades of sales leadership experience. Finding the way to win by growing business revenues is a passion that runs deep within me and has been expressed through numerous businesses where I led teams to success. Driving results through developing sales strategy, setting clear direction, creating robust processes, enabling teams to over perform through innovative coaching, building or rebuilding sales teams, implementing performance metrics and sales incentive plans.

  1. I coach soccer to help kids gain confidence and excel in a competitive team environment. I believe the life skills you can learn from soccer along with positive physical activity can help kids grow up to be the best they can be.
  2. I volunteer at the Oregon Food Bank. It is always a fun activity where they measure your impact in the community.
  3. Going outside to enjoy the Pacific Northwest with friends and family. Surfing, hiking, and camping help make lasting connections and memories.
