Before founding Katalyst Growth Solutions LLC, a specialized management consulting firm dedicated to driving profitable growth for small and medium-sized businesses, Jim has over two decades of experience serving as a commercial executive for several public companies ranging in size from $25M - $150M. Throughout his professional career, Jim consistently orchestrated record results in various industries through results-focused, analysis-driven sales and marketing strategies that fueled growth and margin expansion. He is valued for his strategic insight in assessing organizational needs and devising strategies that optimize performance, establish market leadership, and create platforms for sustainable growth. Jim graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics.
