About Me

I have served Executive Sales leadership roles over the last twenty years and interviewed thousands of sales candidates and hired hundreds of sales professionals. I have promoted many sales professionals in to first-level sales management roles and further developed first level sales managers in to second level sales executives. I have a proven history of deep sales, marketing, business development, and customer success earning a solid reputation for increasing revenues and profitability. Over the last two and a half decades I have produced above average growth with improved margins in every organization I have served. I’ve achieved these results by building an intense customer first culture along with detailed expectations and accountability. Having almost 30 years as a sales professional and sales leader I combine energy, business acumen, and leadership skills to develop and drive winning strategies. I possess the experience of aligning a company’s value proposition to market needs along with sales performance management, analytics, and market knowledge to ensure consistent and predictable revenue. Whether a large or small company, my experience has shown there is a continual challenge of how to consistently grow.
