  • After working in Africa, Australia, Europe, Asia, and the USA, I completed an MBA.
  • Over 25 years, I have grown several multi-national organizations
  • The cornerstone of my success has been executing sales turnarounds.

    Some of my career achievements include:
  • PFG – I designed and led a Sales Channel Expansion Strategy, expanding the Total Accessible Market (TAM) by >$50m.
  • North Field – I grew sales >$5m in < 1 year by expanding the sales team to 85 reps.
  • BD Medical – I launch the first Blood Control Catheter exceeding $15m in six months.
  • BSN Medical – I integrated three business units into a single sales entity ($200m).
