About Me

I help customers build reliable, sustainable sales growth for their businesses. I work with my clients to understand where they are and where they want to go. Next, I help them identify the best path forward. My role can be and or all of these: 1) Examine the sales program and deliver a detailed assessment with a roadmap to follow on their own. 2) Create and implement a sales plan. 3) Develop the sales organization, recruit the right people, and create compensation plans. 4) Create a sales strategy with goals, forecasts, target client profiles, and management dashboards. 5) Lead the sales program and help implement a permanent leader, including coaching an internal candidate. My focus is on doing what it takes to grow your sales, so you can spend more time running your business.
