Five Things I Enjoy Doing in My Community
  1. Cheering on our local sports teams – Kansas City fans are passionate about The Chiefs, The Royals, Sporting KC and their favorite college basketball teams and my family is passionate about all of the above.
  2. Supporting and savoring our local diverse restaurants– Kansas City has such great diverse restaurants and I like to support as many of them as possible especially now when they need it the most!
  3. Enjoying our local parks, lakes and hiking trails - There are so many great opportunities to get outdoors and experience all sorts of athletic activities.
  4. Experiencing our wonderful venues – from the newly remodeled Harry S. Truman Presidential Library & Museum to the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art to the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts to the National WWI Museum and Memorial, Kansas City has world-class venues for locals to experience and showcase to our visitors.
