About Me

I am the founder of Beacon Sales Advisors, a consultancy focused on providing sales leadership to small and mid-sized businesses to drive sales growth and profitability. With 25+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales, P&L, marketing, and operations, I'm a results-oriented, high-integrity, creative and authentic leader with a passion for driving growth, building teams, developing talent, and engaging customers. My collaborative style builds and strengthens internal and external partnerships. As a proven change agent, I inspire organizations through a well-communicated sales strategy, tactics, and teamwork that provide a framework for success in today’s competitive environment. My firm leverages the Sales Xceleration sales and management model and systems that have proven successful across a wide range of businesses. Prior to founding Beacon Sales Advisors, I held broad cross-functional leadership roles in national sales, field sales, operations, marketing, contracts, 3rd party leadership, omnichannel, and corporate strategy. I've proven success across a diverse set of organizations, channels, customers, categories and selling models. Classically trained in world-class organizations with revenue responsibility from $25M to $3B, I've worked in Fortune 500 to private equity-backed small and mid-size organizations. I graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from West Virginia Wesleyan and received my M.B.A. from the University of New Haven. My wife, Hilary, and I reside in Sandy Springs, GA where we enjoy the outdoors, gardening, sports, music, travel and family (4 adult children).
